Joseph Architects, LLC is proud to be the architect of record for the Bell Block which was recently honored as the 2nd Runner Up by the ICF Builder 2024 Awards. This project was a collaborative effort with Aaron Flint Builders, Jennifer Lane Architecture and Design and Joel Baker of VTICF. Jen Lane inspired the exterior architectural aesthetics while we served as the technical architect of record. Our extensive experience with ICF construction in residential as well as commercial construction marks another successful ICF project.

RECENTLY COMPLETED:

Ford Dealership, Lebanon, NH

This multi-phased construction project completely transformed the tired and dated Lebanon Ford car dealership into a state of the art automotive facility. Doubling the showroom and service bay square footage along with an open an bright customer lounge area and a two-lane service drive through which allows customers to drop off their vehicles in climate controlled comfort with service writers at the ready. This project marks the third St J Auto Group dealership we have been honored to be a part of.

This beautiful 6,000 SF custom home in Ocala, Florida

This custom home for a long time client was a true collaborative effort. Jim Bennett of Bennett Construction Services, LLC., and his crew did an amazing job working with the client to accomplish their goals. Our client’s taste and vision, coupled with Bennett’s craftsmanship really gave life to this design. Very happy to be part of this great project.
